At Label Unknown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Window
We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, the item must be returned following the provided instructions
- After inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Exchanges are not permitted on sale or discounted items.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. All purchases are final unless an exchange is approved under the conditions stated in this policy.

A payment link will be shared to cover the return shipping fee. Please ensure payment is completed within the specified timeframe to avoid delays in processing your exchange.
Inspection & Replacement
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets exchange criteria. If approved, the replacement item will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
